Seidler LLC (“Seidler”) is a New York–based jewelry and accessories house offering products through seidler.co. By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms + Conditions.
Orders + Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Seidler reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order in cases including suspected fraud, pricing or product-information errors, or inventory discrepancies.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout where required.
Certain products may be offered for pre-order with a deposit due at purchase and the remaining balance due before shipment. The applicable payment terms and estimated delivery timing will be stated on the relevant product page and at checkout.
Product Information
We aim to represent our products accurately. Because Seidler pieces are handcrafted and hand-finished, slight variations in color, finish, enamel, crystals, stones and other details may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of the pieces and are not considered defects.
Shipping + Delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside Seidler’s reasonable control.
Returns + Exchanges
Eligible returns and exchanges are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible returns are accepted for store credit only and must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces are final sale except where defective or incorrect upon arrival.
Intellectual Property
All content on seidler.co, including product designs, photographs, illustrations, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to Seidler and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. It may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seidler will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website or its products.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
Force Majeure
Seidler will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, natural events, labor disruptions or supply-chain interruptions.
