Fawn Tassel Necklace in Silver

Named for Seidler’s youngest daughter, the Fawn Tassel Necklace develops the house’s deer motif into a tactile pendant. Its streamlined fawn draws on the graphic animal forms of the Viennese Secession as well as the pastoral imagery of the English Arts and Crafts movement, bringing those references into a personal symbol.

A rich tassel of contrasting chains and crystals gives the necklace movement and a tactile quality, while hand-applied Austrian jet crystal eyes animate the sculpted fawn. The lightly burnished metal lends depth to the silvery surface.

An alternating-link chain, punctuated with golden pearls, can be fastened at any point to vary the length.
